I dont particularly enjoy spending money. eSignlys free option has some limitations in terms of features so I decided to invest some funds. Comparatively, the prices are high when compared to e signature software options, which is a downside. **What do you dislike about eSignly?** The user interface of eSignly needs improvements to make it more intuitive and user friendly. It would be better if their customer support responded quicker in solving any issues that arise. **What problems is eSignly solving and how is that benefiting you?** eSignly has not resolved my never ending paperwork ordeal. Now I am unable to digitally sign documents within seconds consuming me amounts of time. Its inconvenient. ### 2. Intuitive interface **What do you dislike about eSignly?** It took a little while to get them approved with one of our partners as a valid electronic signature but that had less to do with Esignly. **What problems is eSignly solving and how is that benefiting you?** We stumbled upon this gem when we were having issues with a major competitor of theirs. It saves me tons of time and effort. Some people do still prefer paper documents but for those that dont this is the way to go. ### 6. And I hate when I have to pay for anything. eSignly is a software wherein the free option limits you to just a few features, and unfortunately, I had to pay up for all that I needed. What is also unfortunate is that in doing more research, I was able to find other programs that offered similar features at no cost--a little too late. **What problems is eSignly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had to send a contract to a business endeavor upon late notice. I was able to draw up a contract, and because of the electronic conveyor belt that is eSignly, it was all handled without the hassle of leaving my home. ### 8. Another thing I like is that it's flexible and can be used on any device since it's a web based application. I also like the fact it's a very secure system, ensuring documents are always private and secure. It's also very affordable, especially when you compare the pricing with competing products. **What do you dislike about eSignly?** The only con I can really point out it the lack of mobile apps. While using it on browsers works very well, I still wish there was an app for it. **What problems is eSignly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Esignly makes signing documents electronically easy. With it, there's no need to download a document, sign then scan again.
