ESET Cloud submitting files automatically, the abilitiy to view a computer's current software and hardware. **What do you dislike about ESET PROTECT?** The hardest part implementing is the full disk encryption. This is more of a fault of our employees and their infrequent use of laptops that they "need". This leads to them constantly forgetting their encryption passwords or letting them sit so long that they are out of date. **What problems is ESET PROTECT solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the endpoints, suspect mail is cleaned before the user has a chance to open attachments. Suspicious sites are blocked, even if the user clicks a link. Nightly reports of any issues, threats and most importantly, visitors of blocked sites. This product does a lot of what we need for our business feature wise. Customer support in live support does a very good job in helping resolve issues. The layout of the dashboard and customization has a very nice touch, and ease of navigating through. **What do you dislike about ESET PROTECT?** On prem for linux OS currently has little support.
