**What do you like best about eSalesTrack?**

I use eSalesTrack to keep all my leads and customer conversations organized in one place. It makes it easier to follow up on time, track sales progress, and stay on top of daily tasks without things slipping through the cracks. eSalesTrack solves the chaos of juggling leads, forgetting follow-ups, and not knowing exactly where deals stand by keeping everything organized in one place. I like how easy it is to use, with lead tracking, follow-up reminders, and clean reports that help me stay organized and focus on what matters. Getting started was fairly easy; the setup felt intuitive, and I could import leads and adjust basic settings without much trouble. Plus, it's dependable and really helps me stay organized with my day-to-day sales work.

**What do you dislike about eSalesTrack?**

Overall, eSalesTrack works well for me, but there's still room to grow. I'd love to see more customization options and a more modern-looking interface. A few extra integrations and smoother navigation would make it even easier to use day to day. A little more step-by-step guidance during onboarding would have made the process even smoother.

eSalesTrack is the most sought-after CRM tool in our organization CRM tool that helps us in organizing & automating a whole bunch of tasks relating to account management, product management, sales & lead tracking. Customer communication has become much more transparent & effortless with these automated sales procedures. We can now generate real-time reports on sales, leads, conversion rate using the automated approach of eSalesTrack.

The pricing of eSalesTrack is one of the downsides of this application. Also, I find the setup procedure arduous & mystifying. Proper guidance & tutorial is required to understand & implement it in the right way.

I'm able to see what's working and what's not working for businesses (i.e., what products are actually popular vs. which products seem popular or like they'd be the most valued but they're really not). This means you can either eliminate products, or you can make those producs seem more valuable to drive sales.

I don't like the automated messages that it sends once you hook up with all your customers - it's quite too often and can annoy or lose a customer through these automated emails and messages , this needs to be kind of well thought of

Not much, but from a programs perspective it moves from field to field fluently.

**What do you dislike about eSalesTrack?**

Most of it.. This CRM/CMS has aggressive tools used in harassing customers from car dealerships.  It allows others to send automated messages on your behalf that will drive your customers away.  It is not intuitively built, and the array of "features" are scattered about in no particular order.  From an administrative side, when this crashes, it takes  data with it, and will likely freeze the computer; leaving a fast-paced organization crippled.

Keep looking.

**What do you like best about eSalesTrack?**

The big advantage of EsalesTrack is that it provides contact information for many customers.  There is an organization for that customer, and the association needs to create an unmistakable image for that customer.  CRM is a place where you can get to know your customers and be more targeted.  It gives us successful and reliable results, and this product gives us more marketing and marketing interests.  It consists of a business transformation process.  At the same time, it increases employee income and reduces time costs.

**What do you dislike about eSalesTrack?**

As mentioned above, there is nothing good in the whole world, so everything is good and bad, and these thin garments are the weakest.  One of the biggest disadvantages of this gorgeous outfit is that Escale is not suitable for all businesses.  Some companies that deal with their customers deeply can benefit from this program.  This application procedure is good when privacy is required, but does not work properly in maintaining communication relationships.

I have been using this application for a long time, so if your organizations are associated with this application and it is useful for you, I thought it would be suitable for your business.  I suggest you use this application.  I think it's really reliable, so when contracts are renewed, the business group has free time.

Office Data should not be used in Mobile as it is highly confidential.

This system puts into a full perspective on how to keep track on projections for business. A fluid system and visual keys are pointed out.

Not much to dislike on a solid app. Most users need to take time to review and understand.

Give it time.
