The reliability of cradlepoint endpoints are unparalleled. With a list of 1000's of devices, the failure rate is significantly lower than any other vendor's hardware that I have deployed to date. There is a slight learning curve when managing licenses and hardware. However, it is not a huge ordeal to understand their range of products, since their knowledge base is vast and there are training courses provided to offer best-practices procedures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
