I don’t really like it at all. I have had nothing but problems since starting to use this software. The only nice thing I can say about this company is the staff is polite.we had gotten this program because for some reason I Cannot remember our Officemate could not connect to our network. We downloaded and started using the Erich Home service so that we can connect to a remote server and be able to use our EHR software still. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It crashes constantly and when you call customer support they often tell you they already know it’s crashed and there’s nothing they can do about it. We have gotten the excuse that they are getting the same problems in all offices but cannot do anything to fix it. It constantly shuts down in the middle of using the program, disconnects from the server, or freezes and causes us to have to restart our computers. I work in a medical office so it is important that our software is working at all times. Unfortunately there is been days where officemate our software crashes because I cannot connect to the remote server. In that case will have lost all of The patients health records for the day. We have no way to contact our patients because our phone numbers are in that system. We literally cannot log into our system at all if the Ericom. We also have had an issue within our software where if we tried to print, the computer thinks they were printing to the printers that are way out in the Midwest where the Ericom servers are stationed. That causes our system not to be able to print to our own printers. We have had to call the helpdesk and get help on this specific issue a multitude of times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
