**What do you like best about ERBuilder?**

The interface is reminiscent of the old Viso for Enterprise Data Architects: Very intuitive interface and all the power of reverse-engineering and creation of DDL's. Also, there's a nice data stewardship feature in the Enterprise edition for quickly creating web-based data entry forms to your existing databases.

**What do you dislike about ERBuilder?**

Customer service is quite slow in responding. Also, there are a lot of issues if you want to move the installation to another computer.

**Recommendations to others considering ERBuilder:**

If you're willing to spend a little more, I recommend a more full-featured solution with better support and integrated data governance features. Otherwise, not a bad solution for the price.

**What problems is ERBuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Designing relational database models for data warehouses. Benefits include a 1-stop application for developing and updating new models and maintaining documentation including a quasi data dictionary (not fully functional like a data governance app though).
