equipme Reviews & Product Details

equipme is an IT resource management platform that helps companies manage, procure, and operate all their hardware, software, licenses, access rights, and services in one place. The platform is designed for mid-sized to large organizations that need to centralize their IT operations, reduce manual coordination, and maintain full visibility over their resource lifecycle from the moment an asset enters the company to the day it leaves. IT teams, operations managers, and HR departments use equipme to replace disconnected spreadsheets, email threads, and standalone tools with a single, structured platform. Giving every stakeholder a clear view of what exists, who owns it, what it costs, and what action is required. Key features and capabilities include: - Asset Lifecycle Management: Track every resource from purchase to disposal, with full visibility over ownership, location, cost, and status across the entire organization. - On- & Offboarding Automation: New hires receive their full equipment setup automatically based on role and location templates. When employees leave, devices are flagged for retrieval, licenses are deactivated, and access is revoked all tracked until complete. - Employee Self-Service Portal: Every employee gets a personal portal to view assigned resources, request new equipment, report issues, and submit support tickets without contacting IT directly. - Marketplace & Procurement Workflows: Employees browse a role-based catalog of internal and external offerings. Every request triggers a configured approval workflow and routes automatically to the correct supplier or internal team. - Controlling & Cost Allocation: Costs are automatically assigned to departments, teams, locations, or custom cost centers, giving IT and finance teams real-time budget transparency without manual reporting. equipme integrates with more than 60 HR systems including Workday, Personio, SAP SuccessFactors, and BambooHR, and supports Single Sign-On via Microsoft and Google. Additional integrations cover collaboration tools, MDM systems, ERP platforms, and developer tools such as GitHub and DocuSign. equipme is built for organizations that have outgrown manual IT processes and need a scalable, structured platform to manage their entire resource operations without adding headcount.
