It has delivered real value by minimizing errors and automating our metadata management. We’re especially pleased with the workflow, which has streamlined the approval process between users and our environments and made the overall process run more smoothly. **What do you dislike about EPMware?** The way that member formulas are shown and deployed. Errors are also difficult to read and identify. **What problems is EPMware solving and how is that benefiting you?** This has streamlines our metadata management process and freed team members to work on other tasks. It has also reduced errors in metadata creation and alignment. ### 2. Support from the EPMware team has been top-notch. **What do you dislike about EPMware?** We did not run into any issues with the software or support teams. **What problems is EPMware solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software we used previously was deprecated by the supplier and EPMware more than met our needs. There are additional feature we could look to implement in the future, eliminating offline hierarchy maintenance. ### 3.
