"Flexible and Configurable, but slow on new development"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Epicor Eclipse?

I love the flexibility and configurability Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epicor Eclipse?

I don't like how all of the new features and acquisitions go to other software before Eclipse and the least amount of development time seems to be spent on Eclipse. With the new developers hired, though, I hope that helps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Epicor Eclipse - Easy to Use"
4/5
What do you like best about Epicor Eclipse?

It is so easy to use and learn even if you have never worked in it before. Almost as simple as a windows based system to use, but not quite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epicor Eclipse?

Biggest dislike is that creating reports is not as simple as it should be and changing banks in the system apparently can't be done without contacting Tech Support, which no one knew and it isn't a readily known issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid ERP for medium-sized distributors, lacks true cloud-native version"
4/5
What do you like best about Epicor Eclipse?

The Eclipse software generally performs Mars' business functions well, and is fairly intuitive to use. Epicor listens to customers and works to implement feature changes and requests when feasible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epicor Eclipse?

Eclipse, being built on a 20-year-old codebase, lacks a true, cloud-native application, and this increases the complexity and cost for running Eclipse in the cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Epicor Eclipse - THE solution for Branch-based Distributors"
5/5
What do you like best about Epicor Eclipse?

Eclipse is completely flexible. Anything you want to do in the software can be done somehow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epicor Eclipse?

Finding the way to do what you want to accomplish is a bit of a tricky task. Documentation helps, but it is vast, so it's not as easy to find things at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A good program. Lots of bugs"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Epicor Eclipse?

The ease of being able to manage accounting and inventory in a one stop shop. Has lots of powerful tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epicor Eclipse?

The takeover by Epicor has result ed in a lot of ancillary programs being offered, but it doesn't always seem like they are interested in keeping their own house clean. There isn't a big effort to clean up bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
