Moving to the cloud and adding some features is great. Creating end points so we can manage custom things easily. Solar has nice features that make it easy to customize but I would like more information on best practices. They are changing the integration environment to be easier. Eclipse software is becoming more progressive but in the past they did not have a lot of functionality we needed so now we are in the predicament that we have some custom code. The support is also challenging and they not communicate very well. They also focus heavily on getting product needs from the user groups which is sometime good but for us being very innovative and ahead of others in our industry the things we would like them to focus on are usually not in line with some less innovative users.
