Sometimes there is something that I need to find out and just do not know where to start. I think the help section online can be better and easier to navigate. We have built external integrated applications for mobile devices over the last several years that do what Eclipse could not at the time. Epicor is now showing that integrations are a priority and showing a road map to key functions as automated AP Invoice process, Automated order process, better mobile order entry, etc. This will be great for certain size organizations. However, Companies of our size have already developed and committed to technologies for these needs due to the Epicor Eclipse slower response. Having the Eclipse API's certainly is helpful and benefits us versus our previous ERP. It's not intuitive and it takes a lot of time to learn how to effectively navigate all the features. Because of human input, there is potential for "ugly" data or just incorrect data in general. **What problems is Epicor Eclipse solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solve all sorts of problems with Eclipse. The main problem we solve is the problem of maintaining inventory with sales orders, purchase orders, and returns. It also makes it easy to find out who did what work with log features.
