- Change log doesn't show ALL receiving activity (only direct putaways)

- Confusing naming of "Warehouse In Process Status Queue" and "Warehouse in Process Queue"

- Not everything is ported over to Solar from Eterm

- RF software feels like we're going backwards towards Eterm, especially once we've pushed everyone to Solar

- Training material feels dated and outright missing in some examples

- Training website feels disjointed and agendas can be hard to find

- Help page could be more pronounced on Solar homepage (question mark icon)

- Widget dimensions/edits are different depending on which screen you access from

- I'd like to see more warehouse management tools

Eclipse is very easy to quickly become competent on. The point and click functionality allows a user to complete the majority of their job functions with little experience. User defined fields allow a lot of useful customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using Eclipse for products/industries outside of its usual use can be difficult; lumber, etc...

I've had a little bit of a problem with trying to build specific reports to zone in on special areas within the warehouse. Also, the instructions within Eclipse is a little vague and difficult to follow.. Many times I stop researching because it does not guide me in the right direction. It is based on a very outdated technology platform. Current technologies are left to third parties which require integration. Our company has been using Eclipse since inception, as did the prior company that our company evolved from. We utilize the Job Management, Direct Through Stock, Solar, and Eterm functions of Eclipse.
