It is perfect library product that can help community to develop in a good sense. The support that is given is very helpful. It seemed to be down a lot... I don't really know what the purpose of that was, maybe the system was unstable. Also there were limits on the number of books that any one individual could check out, which made things complicated many times because people were always needing to exceed them, so other people would have to figure out how to get around them, which was a long and, tedious, and complicated process. **Recommendations to others considering EOS.Web:** it is good. use it. **What problems is EOS.Web solving and how is that benefiting you?** the problems of helping students meet their professors' expectations. it has more opportunities to have others delegate work, instead of having highly trained individuals having to stand around scanning books in.
