I am VERY picky when it comes to ease of use. I have too many roles and wear too many hats in my startup business for me to be able to deal with difficult online services that are supposed to help me get up and running and be in alignment with legal requirements!! I didn't have to think much at all. Enzuzo had clearly already thought of every step and what would make my day easier. When they say it's fast...they MEAN it!! **What do you dislike about Enzuzo?** I'm not sure if it was my computer connectivity at the time, but when I was entering in my data on a fill-in-the-black screen, it was a bit laggy. Sometimes Google drive ITSELF does this, didn't disturb me too much. Because as mentioned, the PROCESS is so darn smooth. **What problems is Enzuzo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't have the brain space, time, or desire to stay up on all online business compliance issues, regulations, required documents, or anything else that is NOT providing extraordinary coaching services to my clients. I also don't have time to worry about whether I'm working with an in-house person or independent contractor I can trust to stay on top of it. Enzuzo, I trust. And it proved itself immediately. That's about all there is to it! ### 2. Pretty nice for auto-generation. The policies are automatically updated as privacy laws evolve - this makes a big difference when things change so frequently. **What do you dislike about Enzuzo?** The downside is I find the plans rather pricy. I'm a developer, so it would be handy to have my client accounts all in one place, but $129 USD/month is really steep. There are also a lot of items that other sites include, which Enzuzo requires a plan for. However, those sites have their own downsides. For simple document generation, I prefer Enzuzo. **What problems is Enzuzo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Enzuzo lets me focus on my work rather than constantly worrying about evolving privacy laws. ### 3. I found this part of setting up my shop confusing and overwhelming and Enzuzo took it and made it a very simple process. ### 5. I had problems finding cookie scripts to add etc. Then again i am new to this and other people may not have this issue.
