The layout is intuitive and the ability to track sent mailers, how many unique responses you receive, and the metrics of overall response rate is a very good way to track your mailing history to make sure you are getting the best ROI. There are initially only 3 templates to choose from and they are very generic. Almost to the point of looking like a spam message as they do not have a good hook nor any real personalization. Now you can add that stuff but for basic users that don't have a lot of experience creating these types of marketing messages, this site does not offer a lot of examples.
