After the training/tutorials, navigating the interface is a breeze and it focuses on providing essential functions that are easy to grasp. It's reliable and efficient. They also have a great team that is quick to help troubleshoot any issues or answer any questions. Highly recommended! **What do you dislike about Enhancio Demand Automation Platform?** Some bugs still exist from time to time. Our team has run into issues that only the Enhancio team can fix and it can slow our process down. However, their team is great about responding quickly to urgent matters. **What problems is Enhancio Demand Automation Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The most important problem it has solved for our team is efficiency by streamlining the workflow. Our team has learned the ins and outs of this tool fairly well and we're able to deliver our leads much more efficiently. Now that we’re capturing information the way our customers want, we literally can’t submit a lead that doesn’t meet their requirements. Even if a single client is running multiple campaigns Enhancio ensures they don’t receive duplicate leads. We've evualted other platforms and Enhancio was the only one that had the flexabilty we wer looking for. The deveopment team has been awesome in responding to requests and always available to answer questions as we ramped our team onto the platform. **What do you dislike about Enhancio Demand Automation Platform?** Compared to our previous internal platform we had been using, the setup on Enhacio does take longer however, we save time on the backend with the ease of delivery and quality. Our old legacy platform had very few options and setup took just a few minutes and Enhancio has many more fields of data that need updated so setup could take 10 plus minutes. However, you can duplicate or clone a campaign which does speed up the process **What problems is Enhancio Demand Automation Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Campaign management. This was essentially a "build or buy" type situation and we decided to buy. The developers experience in this space shows in the functionality of the platform. ### 3. The platform automates several of the quality checks that were manual to the team, as well as gives options to streamline even more. Unlike other platforms, Enahncio is very easy to navigate and very informative from a vendor's perspective. The team loves using Enhancio and working with Ajay and his team. Enhancio's team is always looking for feedback and ways to improve; their response time is fantastic! **What do you dislike about Enhancio Demand Automation Platform?** Enhancio is still growing, and some features could use a little finesse.
