Engagement Ledger Reviews & Product Details

Engagement Ledger is web-based stakeholder engagement software for consultation and community relations teams in energy, mining, oil and gas, infrastructure and government, and for the consultants who serve them. A stakeholder register holds groups, people and affiliations, with sentiment and consent recorded as dated readings. Calls, emails, letters and meetings sit in one filterable communications log, and each project has its own capture address for forwarding email. Commitments made during consultation get an owner, a due date and a dated history, and an automation engine sends reminders and escalations without anyone logging in. Grievance management, land parcels linked to map locations, confidential flags, record-level permissions and an audit trail on every record are included. Reports trace back to their source records and export to Excel. Existing data imports from CSV or Excel, including exports from other stakeholder tools.
