They provided our organization a subscription to a Hosted solution of Adobe Connect

Customer service responsiveness and professionalism.

**What do you dislike about Engage Systems, LLC?**

AD integration was not included, nor was the ability to quickly download session recordings.

Engage Systems is genuinely interested in helping its customers. They look for the solutions to best meet the needs and resolve the challenges presented.
