Also, each and every time they cannot put up the business process. Hence it is very important to model the process and we used Engage process modeler. We wanted to manage our end-to-end monitoring process and engage makes it easier. Process span out from the legacy world to middleware application to ERP setup and each of the tools requires a different level of monitoring way. That's when we used Engage process modeler to lay down our process and we also aligned each tool for monitoring and that helped us streamline our processes. **What do you dislike about Engage Process?** Process modeling tools often are supposed to be used for gauging and mapping your business process. But most of the modelling tool requires integrations with various ERP setups to check if there are any issues or concerns, but it fails there. Also, the process model requires a huge amount of effort to map and then further maintain. And that's the problem with every modeling tool. **What problems is Engage Process solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had this problem where our processes were longer and taking huge leaps. So, we wanted to check where we are losing time. So we started using Engage modeler tool to map our processes, and then we started finding out our bottlenecks. And this helped us to solve this problem and getting our business process simple. And then achieving business optimization by closing each case. And with this, we were able to create a business process handbook for each of our functions in business value chain, and it was because of Engage process modeling. ### 11. It is a great time saver compared with using post-its. The analysis is great because before and after processes can be costed easily. The program is web based so it is easy to install, set up users and share processes outside of the organisation. **What do you dislike about Engage Process?** The overviews can be a bit fiddly to make, and the sharing process can be cumbersome. **Recommendations to others considering Engage Process:** This software will save you so much time and effort when process mapping. The drag-and-drop functionality is realy great. You can easily move steps, which is sometimes quite a crime with other programs. You can easily create steps and add a lot of information. You can capture a lot of information at the organizational level which helps with standardization in your process descriptions. There are also many different options in which data you display or not. You can properly identify and monitor risks with the tool. **What do you dislike about Engage Process?** What I still find difficult is that when you have recorded a process, you cannot display it that easily. Especially with extensive processes, it quickly becomes too small to be able to read well. You can zoom in, but then you will soon lose the overview. **What problems is Engage Process solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Engage as a central place where we record and manage all processes and process agreements. We model the processes for continuous improvement. We provide insight into which superfluous steps we take and the risks we run. We are getting more in control. ### 13.
