The drag-and-drop functionality is realy great. You can easily move steps, which is sometimes quite a crime with other programs. You can easily create steps and add a lot of information. You can capture a lot of information at the organizational level which helps with standardization in your process descriptions. There are also many different options in which data you display or not. You can properly identify and monitor risks with the tool. **What do you dislike about Engage Process?** What I still find difficult is that when you have recorded a process, you cannot display it that easily. Especially with extensive processes, it quickly becomes too small to be able to read well. You can zoom in, but then you will soon lose the overview. **What problems is Engage Process solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Engage as a central place where we record and manage all processes and process agreements. We model the processes for continuous improvement. We provide insight into which superfluous steps we take and the risks we run. We are getting more in control. ### 2. Making a processmap is very easy. You can use tools to make visible what the waist is in a process en what the improvements can be. There are also optios to show risks and to measure processingtime. **What do you dislike about Engage Process?** You need different applicatios for publishing a proces.
