What do you like best about Engage?

What do you like best about Engage?

I like the fact that I can use my customer data to create unique customer segments and use these segments to create automated marketing campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Engage?

Not really a dislike, but I wish we had more channels like live chat and WhatsApp, that is apart from the email, SMS, push notifications and In-app messages Engage offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
