**What do you like best about Tyler Enforcement Mobile?**

Easy to use. Very fast and convienient. Less mistakes made on citations.

**What do you dislike about Tyler Enforcement Mobile?**

The support team isn't the greatest. I've had to reach out to my sales rep to get help with the support staff.

**What problems is Tyler Enforcement Mobile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It creates less time for the Officer and the Violator to be on the side of the road.

the ease of using the readers and populating citations

**What do you dislike about Tyler Enforcement Mobile?**

haven't gotten to that point yet :)  So far we have been impressed with all of the demos and look forward to implementation


**What problems is Tyler Enforcement Mobile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Electronic citations.  The benefits are the speed and ease of issuing citations and routing them to the courts.

**What do you like best about Tyler Enforcement Mobile?**

We are still in the of implementing, but so far we really like the handhelds with the ability to take photos and videos. We like how we will be able to manage the configuration without having to call support.

**What do you dislike about Tyler Enforcement Mobile?**

I don't have anything I dislike at the moment.

**What problems is Tyler Enforcement Mobile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The duplicate entry of citations between the police and courts. This will get our citations into our systems by next day vs 2 weeks. They data will be more accurate without having to decipher handwritten citations.
