We have found that customizing the form is a steep learning curve. However, this may be due to the constant changes of the utility labels on our end. Mostly the things that matter in indutries nowadays is ease of access and data analytics, and while its tough to use in beginning its much more easier to use once it is customized for Data input. The problems we were facing was in prepping the data sets with realtime figures, and while our calculation did provide us data it was quite basic and prelimenary.
