The only con for me is its pricing model.
They provide free credits every month so many of these reports can be used for free but when you need you have to purchase additional credits basis your needs. This is a problem for me since I am a frequesnt user I'd rather subscribe for 40 credits monthly being added directly to my account - that way I don't have to purchase everytime but I guess this flexibility is created for users who don't need document improvements so often. Then it makes sense! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
