The customer support for contracting and finance is prompt in response most of the time. They are open to negotiation of cost when larger volume and value of services are purchased. Such economies of scale can be attractive for businesses, especially resource constrained non-profit organisations like us. We asked for practical support on one occasion - Empleyo helped with our local employee's IT needs by arranging for laptop loan delivery and coordinating IT system troubleshoots. We don't have a share or integrated data sharing platform with Empleyo for timesheets or leave tracking. There is reliance on sending these over email correspondences which is less convenient for longer term archival.
Another room for improvement is their team’s proactiveness and attention to detail when providing figures and information relating to employee benefits. We needed to clarify often a as initial details that Empleyo provided were not specified to be the recommended or mandatory numbers (e.g. annual leave). After Empleyo provided very specific distinction in their clarification, it allowed us to make informed choices on adjusting the optional benefits and weigh it against our company’s policy. I believe that Empleyo has accurate knowledge on local employment regulations and requirements and can be more confident and organised in communicating it to companies who are not familiar with the local norms and terms.
