What do you like best about Empire Telecom?

Their customer service is exceptional, they truly go above and beyond for their clients, 24/7 365. regardless of it's an emergency or a billing question. and their portal support is fantastic too, we email them to change an ext. name and it's done before we finish typing! Nothing, there a truly fantastic company and I can not think of anything negative about them, other than its too good to be true, though it is! :) I LOVE EMPIRE! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
