It took me some time to familiarize myself with the user interface. The system does not cater to my requirements. I have encountered many issues. **What do you dislike about eMill?** Compared to cloud systems eMill has limited functionality and lacks features for email campaigns. Emails still end up in spam or bounce without notifications. Managing CSV files for campaigns requires handling. **What problems is eMill solving and how is that benefiting you?** The connectivity options with databases are also limited for work purposes. It helps in sending a marketing email to number of customer at a time. We can schdule the frquency and timw of email and the software will automtically send the emails to customer. **What do you dislike about eMill?** this software is with some cost and you need to install on your system. There are certain minimum requirements for the system to install this software. Your system should be in accordance with that requirement or you need to upgrade your system. **What problems is eMill solving and how is that benefiting you?** We only used its demo version and we did not find it much helpful as there are other cloud systems which provide better options and more features than this software. ### 5. The software is really handy and its cheap as well. It also shows you a well defined report the tasks done, I think that is a feature which stands out! **What do you dislike about eMill?** Personally, I did not find much downsides about this software, but if the report could be provided in a more visualized format for better analysis, that would be much better. **What problems is eMill solving and how is that benefiting you?** My marketing team always had the issue of emails going to spams and not knowling which went to spam or got bounced.eMill is really solving that issue for me and my company. ### 7. I can make my own list of emails from my contacts and send them mails all at once but that doesn't count as spamming as I am actually sending my contacts my emails one by one. **What do you dislike about eMill?** I think service provided by eMill is a bit pricey and compared to the service the support is not actually efficient and their overall interface doesn't look quite professional. **Recommendations to others considering eMill:** I would recommend eMill to anyone looking for a better option for bulk mailing and also you can really look into it if you are an entry level user and don't know much about mailing and advanced usages of it as eMill provides simplified and minimalistic architecture to implement your needs. **What problems is eMill solving and how is that benefiting you?** eMill has helped me a lot to get in touch with my users as I make custom roms for different devices I need to notify my users about different updates from time to time and time.
