It particularly becomes a pain when tracking local radio or TV coverage during the release of a new policy. We eventually made a switch to e-Media Monitor (eMM) because our former system couldn't filter those annoying advertising segments adequately. Their duplication detection and ad filtering capabilities have eliminated noise or clutter in our daily reviews to a great extent. Furthermore, the eMM Dart editorial workflow is excellent in enabling the team to collaborate.
