The most helpful aspect of Emburse Expense has to be the easy-to-use categorization features, that enable you to easily identify areas of expenses incurred, document them quickly, and see your overall expense report immediately, as you build it. The UI is extremely easy to use and intuitive, even for first time users, and the time it takes to document a full expense report is definitely reduced from previous expense reporting tools that we've had. Previous expense tracking tools we used acted more like spreadsheets and outlined, line by line, whatever you entered. They offered selections for things like expense categories, dates, etc. but they did not contain the easy-to-use UI of Emburse Expense, and they also did not offer the incredibly easy-to-upload receipt tracking feature.
