**What do you like best about EmailWarmup.com?**

It was unexpectedly easy to set it up. Warmup takes place in the background automatically and does not require constant attention. Our inbox reputation score is growing in a clear way, which gives us an advantage at the launch of our email campaigns.

**What do you dislike about EmailWarmup.com?**

Its analytics dashboard performs its functions well, but can provide a little bit of extra detail about certain metrics for the domain. It does not make it a deal-breaker for sure, but some additional granular data would be good.

**What problems is EmailWarmup.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Emails from the new email accounts tended to end up in the spam folder in the beginning of our campaigns. Now, EmailWarmup.com takes care of warm-up on its own, so we no longer need to spend hours doing it manually.

I really appreciate EmailWarmup.com's customer support. They help control all my emails, making sure that important emails go back to the inbox while not important ones end up in the spam folder. It's also very easy to set up, which I find convenient.
