For managers, all admin processes are simple to manage at the website. Love the dashboard and reporting **What do you dislike about Emailgistics?** I would like to see an option to share rules, or defined keywords, across multiple shared inboxes. Also would like to see an option to fully close a folder - i.e., another user is prevented from assigning a message to a closed folder. **What problems is Emailgistics solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves one large problem of having too many systems and websites to work for a user to work in, we're already using Outlook to manage email so emailgistics for a shared inbox fills a great void. Being able to ensure emails are automatically assigned where we want them to be, and gives us message tracing, is a huge plus. ### 2. Emailgistics can offer you productivity for shared email boxes. I look at the internal comment feature and load distribution for increase team collaboration. The custom dashboard offers good insights based on various metrics to understand your team's performance. **What do you dislike about Emailgistics?** This tool is only for a particular niche which is Microsoft 365 and outlook. Should expand the explore to G suite and others which can help them and the masses. **What problems is Emailgistics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benefited as greatly when we tried to understand the team's performance.
