Elpidan is an Instagram DM automation platform that helps businesses, creators, ecommerce brands, agencies, and marketers automate conversations, generate leads, and increase sales through Instagram. The platform enables businesses to automatically respond to Instagram comments, direct messages, story replies, and live comments using advanced automation workflows. With its visual drag-and-drop flow builder, users can create multi-step customer journeys and Instagram chatbot experiences without coding. Elpidan supports Instagram Comment-to-DM automation, allowing businesses to automatically send private messages when users comment on posts or reels. This helps convert engagement into leads, sales opportunities, and customer conversations. Users can build personalized automation flows using conditions, tags, custom fields, user inputs, actions, delays, and reusable workflow components. Customer information such as names, emails, phone numbers, and custom data can be collected directly inside Instagram conversations and automatically stored for future marketing and segmentation. Businesses can showcase products, qualify leads, answer questions automatically, and guide customers through personalized buying journeys. Elpidan also includes a unified Instagram inbox for managing conversations, viewing customer profiles, assigning tags, updating custom fields, sending canned responses, and launching automation flows manually when needed. Additional features include lead generation automation, audience segmentation, smart follow-ups within Instagram's messaging window, persistent menus, ice breakers, contact management, and advanced filtering capabilities. Designed specifically for Instagram marketing automation and conversational marketing, Elpidan helps businesses reduce response times, improve customer engagement, capture more leads, and turn Instagram conversations into measurable business growth.
