**What do you like best about EVA-REC?**

I recently had the opportunity to work with Elevatus; an exceptional ATS, that revolutionized the recruitment process. It brought great efficiency and effectiveness to our process.
We were able as hiring managers to tailor the recruitment process, engage with the recruiters to review potential profiles, fill interview evaluation forms and track where the candidates are.
It is great to also be able to view the budgeted requisitions and request them from the system

**What do you dislike about EVA-REC?**

Being able to generate more dynamic reports, yet everything else is more then enough to fulfill our needs

**What problems is EVA-REC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the manual work we have in the recruitment process and it's allowing us to focus on high level tasks to increase the efficiency of our team! It increased the team's efficiency and reduced the retention rate

Dashboard are not rich enough as Business intelligence

strongly advise for all sizes, as long you define digital transformation objective , with Elevatus we achive more than what we desired

End-to-end recruitment, from branding sourcing all ATS activities with pre and post-hire onboarding, integrated with Oracle EBS end to end.

System is very easy to be configured. No need for tech people involvement.

Nothing Much, the system is so far meeting our expectations and above.
