I really like the way we work according to the Goals we set in Elevate, keeping our work on track. These courses would help team members to enhance their skill sets. Intermediate or Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, etc., are a few of them which could be game changers for many associates. **What problems is Elevate solving and how is that benefiting you?** The home screen shows most of the details about Goals, the Number of Goals assigned to team members, Alignment distribution, Goal progress, Feedback, etc. The infographics are used for better visibility.
