This is helpful when working with littles. The Eleos helps to organize my thoughts and helps to write a comprehensive note. I also like having the box in the office to take notes during the session. It shows how much therapeutic skill you use in one session. I help to remain therapeutically sound, yet comprehensive. The program is easy to sign into and it is integrated to our telehealth services, which makes the process. Eleos makes it to where I can complete a note in less than 7 minutes, which is helpful when you are seeing 4-6 clients a day. **What do you dislike about Eleos Health?** It is an input/output system, which is better when you have the device taking notes from the session directly. However, it is not has comprehensive when you use the note feature. Also the device can only be used in clinic. If you are seeing a client in the home or at the school, you can not use the box/ device. **What problems is Eleos Health solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its helping to solve the problem of ensuring documentation is completed and making that process quick. It also helps with cutting down the amount of time used to document. ### 2. Additionally, our clinical notes are of much better quality and really show the work we are doing with our clients. Eleos is easy to use, has great customer support, and was easy to integrate with our EHR. The support through implementation to ongoing use has been outstanding. Eleos is a company that listens to its customers and works hard to improve and be innovative. Eleos works hard to improve the working environment of the companies they serve so that we, the providers, can focus on what we do best, serving our clients and saving lives. **What do you dislike about Eleos Health?** There have been very little downsides to using Eleos Health. We had to build up our IT infrastructure at some office locations to support the use of Eleos, and those were needed upgrades regardless, Eleos implementation just pushed up our timelines for these changes. **What problems is Eleos Health solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eleos Health is helping us save valuable time of our most valuable assets - our staff. We have reduced documentation time to under 3 minutes per note using Eleos, saving us tens of thousands of hours per year in clinical time for documentation. In addition, we are assured the notes are capturing the events of the session and are professional and thorough. The quality of our notes has improved with the use of Eleos. This was the first time we implemented a new tool for our staff that we heard "this is a game changer" and that our staff love this tool. ### 3. Not only did their team meet with us time and time again to ensure that the product functioned just how we needed, but they also helped to train our entire agency of 1200+ clinical staff. From implementation and customer support to the CEO, Eleos is hands down the most enjoyable company to work with that I have ever experienced. **What do you dislike about Eleos Health?** When it comes to AI and the boom of the tech companies supporting it, there are none that can bolster the true clinical acumen required to create an ethically supportive tool like Eleos. That means that when you have the best, you pay for the best. While the benefit far outweighs the associate cost, its fair to state that Eleos will be an investment for your company. Though, it may just be the best investment you ever make! **What problems is Eleos Health solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eleos is bound and determined to solve the greatest crisis facing the mental health field today: the burden of being a clinician. Each time that a clinician provides a clinical service, they have to be re-introduced to secondary trauma by documenting the session. Eleos provides a structured, intelligent platform for our staff to utilize in documenting our sessions. They have further helped us meet our needs by allowing mobile documentation while out in the field. The stress of documenting the session has decreased significantly. And now, we have even be utilizing Compliance, which allows us to audit 100% of progress notes. This was an impossibility before Eleos. We were closer to 5%. That is a 95% improvement that adds to the enriching experience of having an AI platform like Eleos to partner with in confronting the burdens of documentation and compliance in the mental health field. ### 4. Eleos support is always responsive and helps us to resolve the few bumps in the road. Like every new process we have had to work with the staff to help them learn how to integrated the use of Eleos into their work day. Documentation has gone from satisfactory to excellent as the program weaves the words of our session into a note that includes Evidenced Based Practices used, counselors' participation and client's response. Additionally, we have reduced the time of completing documents significantly. **What do you dislike about Eleos Health?** There is nothing I dislike about Eleos Health, however when the initial start-up occurred, we did have to maximize our Wi-Fi/Internet signal and audio recording devices. This was a minimal lift and once the first few programs were started, knowing what we needed for everyone else was a breeze. **What problems is Eleos Health solving and how is that benefiting you?** As previously mentioned, documentation time has been greatly reduced by the use of Eleos and meeting qualitative measures have been increased. ### 8.
