"Perfect to understand what’s really in your org"
What do you like best about Elements.cloud?

Elements actually helps you understand your Salesforce org properly.

Before making changes I can quickly see what’s impacted instead of relying on guesswork. That alone has saved a lot of time (and avoided a few potential disasters). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?

There is definitely a bit of a learning curve at the start. Because the platform does a lot, it can take some time to really understand how to get the most value out of it.

Once you get past the initial setup and adoption phase though, it becomes much easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Brought me to another level of efficiency and clarity"
What do you like best about Elements.cloud?

Element Cloud has completely transformed how I manage business processes within Salesforce as a Freelance System Architect.

The ability to visually map workflows and tie them directly to Salesforce configurations is a game-changer. The diagram-led process they are using to design and build on salesforce is exactly what was missing and fustrating me in my previous implementations.

Ease of Use (★★★) – The interface is intuitive, and even with minimal training, you can start mapping processes quickly. The drag-and-drop functionality and visual clarity of process maps make collaboration seamless.

• Ease of Implementation (★★★★★) – Getting started with Element Cloud was easy. The setup was smooth, and I was able to integrate it to my ways of working

• Frequency of Use (Daily) – I use Element Cloud regularly for process documentation, impact analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. It has become an essential tool in my Salesforce business analysis toolkit.

• Number of Features (★★★★☆) – The platform offers a comprehensive set of features, from process mapping to version control.

• Ease of Integration (★★★★★) – Seamlessly integrates with Salesforce, making it easy to link processes to system components. The ability to connect with other tools ensures smooth workflow automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?

In Ease of use: the number of features can be overwhelming. I would really like if they could guide us into what is needed. For Example, I mostly work on small implementations for my clients. I would love a guided implementation on which diagrams and feature should be used for this specific use case within the app.

I also think they need to update their documentations. Map is now called diagram, and I was a bit confused at first Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It will be very useful in customer support. I'll use it regularly for updates. The features are completely user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?

So far everything seems good i don't have any negative as of now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Process Management with Intuitive Features"
What do you like best about Elements.cloud?

I absolutely love Elements.cloud's drag and drop feature for diagrams, which stands out as a game changer in my workflow. This functionality makes managing processes and tying them directly to Salesforce configurations feel extremely natural and intuitive. With the drag and drop feature, I can effortlessly navigate complex workflows without the need for manual entry, as the system reads Salesforce configurations directly. This ease of use is complemented by the tool's accessibility, making it very easy for any team member to get started quickly. The learning curve is minimal, which means that new team members can readily pitch in, enhancing team productivity. Additionally, the initial setup was straightforward due to the excellent support from the Elements.cloud team and the comprehensive documentation they provide. Overall, Elements.cloud simplifies process management within Salesforce and makes our operations much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?

I find the 'producers' aspect of Elements.cloud to be confusing, especially for new team members or engineers. This has led to issues when onboarding new developers. The guided support available could be improved to better assist in these situations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Provided valuable metrics the helped me assess my client's Salesforce org."
What do you like best about Elements.cloud?

* Automated the process of documenting my client's Salesforce org, which saved me time and

ensured consistency.

* Provided valuable indications of technical debt i could communicate with my client.

* The team at Elements was very willing to help out or even jump on a call to discuss questions about the product.

* The change management features appear to be invaluable for dependency analysis and change tracking, although i have not yet had a chance to use them in practice.

* The hierarchical UPN diagrams are the process diagramming solution i've been waiting for. And the Elements tools for building UPN's were intuitive and user friendly.

* The elements product was easily integrated with my client's org. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?

The tech debt findings actually left me wanting even more. Perhaps it could provide more classification of tech debt so i can better understand the criticality and prioritize my refactoring efforts. I'd also like the tool to better explain exactly how it's deriving some of these metrics. I spent a good bit of time writing my own custom soql to figure out what Elements was doing. "Insightful information into our Salesforce Org"
What do you like best about Elements.cloud?

Elements has been extremely helpful in pinpointing changes made to our Salesforce Org and essentially an audit trail for those changes. If you've used Salesforce as an admin/dev, you know it does not track logs and audit trails well beyond basic field history changes. Object, Apex Classes, and other structural changes are not easily found otherwise. Elements has given us the ability to ensure what's happening when and where, as well as who, which is vital to us as admins Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?

The only downside I have found is that at times the chrome browser often does not log me into the right space and I need to manually change it or the URL itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Elevate your Change Intelligence with Elements.cloud"
What do you like best about Elements.cloud?

The ability to accelerate time to value by enabling our teams to work collaboratively to define what the business needs and then deliver the updates rapidly, with confidence.

Impact Analysis at our fingertips, which allows us to understand the risk of change and dramatically reduce the time to understand our Salesforce configuration, the risk areas, and the implications of making changes. This gives us a more complete picture of our org.

Additionally, we can turn individual knowledge into institutional knowledge, which gives us a single source of truth and keeps knowledge current/accessible in a centralized location through automatic and continuous documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?

Still a little early for us to tell, as we are still in the Implementation stage, but so far the Elements.cloud team are available to answer any questions or issues. They are constantly updating the functionality to accomodate any changes needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very intuitive and capable toolkit!"
What do you like best about Elements.cloud?

There is so much added value in the platform, it's hard to just pick one thing. If I had to choose I believe I would actually choose the UPN Diagramming -> Story conversion features. Very cool! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elements.cloud?

So much powerful insights can be overwhelming. If there was a detailed instructional guide of "here is where to start, then here, then here" to go through and give examples and specifics along the way, I think that would be helpful. I am new to Salesforce so I did not really know where to start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
