Elements Cloud enables my organization to document business processes, and tie them to Salesforce Meta Data as well as Jira ticketing for change requests. This provides our tech team with a better understanding of the process in order to taylor features & automation while reducing risk and increasing speed for changes. I can relate Epics and Stories that represent what users are asking us for and associate those updates directly to Salesforce metadata. It help us identify conflicts across stories included in a single release and has helped collaborate to know who is changing what when. The support team is fantastic and has pretty good response time, but there are lots of self-help resources available.
