I can relate Epics and Stories that represent what users are asking us for and associate those updates directly to Salesforce metadata. It help us identify conflicts across stories included in a single release and has helped collaborate to know who is changing what when. The support team is fantastic and has pretty good response time, but there are lots of self-help resources available.
