Since then, they've been solving all the messy stuff that comes with a move like that: duplicate accounts and leads, records that didn't carry over cleanly, notes not syncing, and routing issues that meant some demo requests were falling through the cracks. They handle our day-to-day cleanup super quickly and have fixed the bigger underlying issues too, like repairing our lead routing and building workflows so leads are created automatically and correctly.
