Support is outstanding,

Even for free edition the manager contacted me and she helped to solve all my problems with downloading and setting up the account.

They just released the Community Edition and I'm thankful.

it's easy to implement, easy to build a bot, we did it with our IT team, and we built our first bot in days Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unfulfilled Promises and Inadequate Support with ElectroNeek"

What do you like best about ElectroNeek: RPA and AI Platform?

Using Electroneek was a waste of my time, nothing positive to write. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ElectroNeek: RPA and AI Platform?

I had such a negative experience with ElectroNeek and received zero value from my investment with their service.

1. They advertise that RPA is easy to learn and their AI system will write the code for you. This was not the case at all and the AI only wrote empty subprogram boxes.

2. The core training that they forced me to complete prior to receiving any technical support was bloated and did not teach me anything about how successfully write RPA. Also the training exercises were not set up properly, could not be completed, wasting even more valuable time.

3. The overwhelming amount of time it took myself and an ElectroNeek support tech to work on simple RPA that could be completed in 5 minutes was too much to take.

4. Countless support tickets flooding my inbox, I felt like I was working for ElectroNeek and not the other way around.

As someone who enjoys learning new software and "geeking out" I made my purchase with ElectroNeek with a lot of desire to learn and just ran into so many additional roadblocks that it didn't make sense to continue with them. At the end of the day we never were able to complete one useful solution.

If you are a business owner thinking that you are going to head the RPA project be prepared to spend hundreds of hours getting up and running. Also plan on constantly updating code as the websites and processes change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
