**What do you like best about Electric Eye?**

Communication was excellent and their suggestion were not only thoughtful, but have turned out to be a key part of our business, and how we engage with our customers.

**What do you dislike about Electric Eye?**

The only negative at all with Electric Eye is the the price. They were on the high side of the quotes we got, but I feel like we still got good value with them. Worth the money, just higher than others.

**Recommendations to others considering Electric Eye:**

Take their suggestions. They know what they're doing.

**What problems is Electric Eye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a limited amount of time to migrate from our existing website/backend platform to Shopify, and didn't have any experience with Shopify or Klaviyo in the past. They recommended Klaviyo to us.
