NMG Technologies has redesigned our logo and overall branding guidelines, delivering a new branding book. The team has updated all our visuals, including gas stations and digital and traditional media. We work collaboratively, and I've told the team what I want to achieve and why, and they've come up with ideas on how to do it. I rely heavily on the team's expertise. The more insight and information you can provide the account manager when you're looking to do something, the easier it is for them to find the right resource to ensure your project is successful. I've been guilty of not being very descriptive, which doesn't help them pinpoint the right person for that role.

NMG Technologies is our permanent staff augmentation solution, and they have a team dedicated to our account, including three QA specialists we label as test engineers. Sometimes, other teammates come on board on a project-by-project basis.

They had a discovery phase to learn about our data warehouse, which is very large and complex and has a lot of subject areas and layers.

Their team supported us while we were in the process of migrating our SQL Server-based data warehouse into Google Cloud Platform (GCP). We needed outside resources because our internal data engineers were working on the migration. They supported the various requests from our business side.
