ElasticRun Warehouse Management System Reviews & Product Details

Libera's Warehouse Management System is built by ElasticRun for operations running inventory across multiple sites for e-commerce, courier and parcel services, freight forwarders, and large-format retail. It handles inbound-to-outbound flow with AI-led picking, putaway, and transfers, and gives teams one view across warehouses instead of separate systems per site. Reorder points adjust automatically based on SKU-level demand, so restocking happens before a stockout rather than after. A predictive expiry engine flags near-expiry stock early and reassigns it to higher-velocity zones to support FIFO/FEFO compliance and cut waste. An AI control tower tracks tasks and flags bottlenecks across sites so issues get caught before they hold up dispatch. Inbound and outbound checks include anomaly detection for stock mismatches, and procurement transactions get a real-time supplier risk score to limit credit exposure. The system integrates with existing ERPs and logistics platforms through APIs, and individual modules can be adopted on their own rather than requiring a full rollout where implementation typically takes a few weeks, depending on scope. At scale, Libera's warehouse operations handle over 100 million shipments a month across more than 2,400 warehouses, processing over 50 million checkpoints daily. Customers report freeing up to 30% of working capital through the inventory optimization the system runs autonomously.
