El Majd School Reviews & Product Details

ElMajdSchool is a French school management software built for community-run schools: Arabic language schools, mosque schools, non-profit educational associations, independent private schools and adult education programs. It covers the full school cycle in one tool: enrollments and re-enrollments for children and adults, payment tracking and instalment plans with family accounts and sibling discounts, weekend and evening timetables, attendance, grades and report cards, and school-to-family messaging. ElMajdSchool never collects money: schools keep their own payment methods (cash, bank transfer, cheque, HelloAsso) while the software records payments and flags arrears. Parents use a free mobile app on iOS and Android. Data is hosted in Europe and GDPR compliant, with strict isolation between schools. Pricing: the first school year is free, then EUR 2.50 per student per year, with unlimited free staff and teacher accounts.
