I tried the integration with QuickBooks and didn't like it. Also, recently they included WhatsApp, but I have never been able to activate it. As for the WhatsApp activation, I simply haven't been able to figure out how to do it. It gives me an error every time I've tried to follow the instructions that were provided by Cerenade.
