**What do you like best about EF English Live?**

The platform is easy to use but lacks the precision for shadowing excersises and does not sync your progress with their mobile app.

**What do you dislike about EF English Live?**

I subscribed at the end of June after receiving an email offer for unlimited access to group classes. The website's subscription terms and customer satisfaction guarantee seemed great. However, after paying and logging in, I found the group classes were limited to 52. Since I didn't like the platform or the group class structure, I decided to cancel and request a refund. Their email response was: "We don't provide refunds and good luck with your studies!!" They neither asked why I was dissatisfied nor honored their terms and policies from the website.

THE CLASSES ARE VERY RICH AND CCONSTRUCTIVE, MAKING ME WANTTO DO MANY OF THE LESSONS
