Educerra Reviews & Product Details

Educerra is corporate training and compliance for employers. What you keep is not a course library: it is a record you can defend in an audit. THE RULE ENGINE IS THE PRODUCT Country, hazard class, role — these decide which training is mandatory, how many hours it takes and how often it must be renewed. That table lives in data, not in code, so a new country is a new row rather than a new release. ASSIGNED BY ITSELF When a person joins, or their hazard class is set, the required training is assigned automatically. The renewal timer warns you before the period runs out, and anything overdue is listed in red. ONE DASHBOARD, EVERY SITE An employer sees every site from one screen; a service provider sees every client company from the same place. PROOF THAT SURVIVES THE QUESTION Attendance, completion, score and date are recorded per person and per training, with the documents an inspector asks for. FOR THE LEARNER Courses on the phone, in the browser, at their own pace, with a quiz at the end and a certificate that goes straight into the record. AN ADVISOR THAT STAYS INSIDE YOUR MATERIAL The built-in assistant answers from the training package it was given and names what it used. It does not invent regulation.
