Educerra is corporate training and compliance for employers. What you keep is not a course library: it is a record you can defend in an audit. THE RULE ENGINE IS THE PRODUCT Country, hazard class, role — these decide which training is mandatory, how many hours it takes and how often it must be renewed. That table lives in data, not in code, so a new country is a new row rather than a new release. ASSIGNED BY ITSELF When a person joins, or their hazard class is set, the required training is assigned automatically. The renewal timer warns you before the period runs out, and anything overdue is listed in red.
