The push notifications have been great to use for emergencies or school closings. Customization, branding detail, and customer service have all been exceptional. **What do you dislike about Digistorm Apps?** For us, it would be great if, on the app icon, a red dot would appear so that our users would know there is a missed notification waiting for them. Our integration with our database is nearing completion! Parents and students have a hard time finding specifics about what they are interested in. The app makes this a one-stop place to find their answers. ### 8. Our previous school app was done on DIY software that frequently had user issues. When we switched to Digistorm about a year ago, the process was very smooth and the finished app is everything we hoped for (and more!). The new app that Digistorm created for our school is well organized, easy to use, and looks great. The customer service is also exceptional. Not only did they guide us through the entire process from planning the app layout and function through development, but they also helped us successfully launch the new app with our community. Clean, simple and fit-for-purpose in the K-12 education space. I love everything about it. As one of the largest school in Australia, we love that it can handle our requirements. **What do you dislike about Digistorm Apps?** There is nothing to dislike about the product and when you do find something that could be enhanced, it goes straight on the development list for future releases. **What problems is Digistorm Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?** We do not have any open problems with eduAPP and the benefits to our parents are phenomenal.
