There's nothing that I didn't like about this product. Maybe the pricing part can be improved more. Or if there's an easier way to test out the product (like a demo product) to walk customers through, it would be much better. On your website, pricing should be one of the main things that show at the top or the corner of the website. I've been using this knob for 2 years, about 300 hours. I couldn't be happier with this product. I was skeptical at first because this knob is so expensive.
