Using Autodesk configurator is like having iLogic system that can help directly modify the design as one wishes. Very helpful indeed specially in always changing criteria. **What do you dislike about Configurator 360?** Basic UI design, good for multitude of changes like product cataloging. I think this application is limited in its own way. If there are more ways that it could be useful, let me know. **What problems is Configurator 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fast and easy models configuration with just drop-down choices of table input and Configurator 360. One can easily have a overlook of the part model before they make their decision to use it in their products. It simplifies the use case where a customer should experience the product tweaking and usage according to their requirement before they put it into actual use. The advantage of C360 is it not only displaying the part model instantly rendered on a webpage using HTML5 but also allows the users to download them in different formats according to their requirement from pdf drawing to part models. Not just that but it also makes it interactive to the user where one can rotate and zoom through parts/assemblies with out any external CAD application installed in their PCs. **What do you dislike about Configurator 360?** Nothing to convey in this area. New features are always a welcome and need to improve update frequency **Recommendations to others considering Configurator 360:** I surely recommend it to my colleagues and customers for its performance and ease of use online. **What problems is Configurator 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have used it to showcase our customers with our product portfolio where they can choose from abundant list of products and also can configure the part features according to their need before they make actual decision to purchase the product. And all this functionality through a web interface is smooth and a lot faster to load/render compared to that of a native CAD application in PC. ### 8. We don't not require and additional PC nor even require an additional CAD modeling software but a just a compatible web browser can do the job. It allows you to configure a pre designed model based on the parameters provided. A customer can directly access C360 and configure product and check if suits his need and then he can directly download the assembly models/drawings at the click of a button. Its that simple, smart and user friendly. We just need a HTML5 compatible web browser to showcase the models. Models will render with in secs and become freely rotatable after configuration. **What do you dislike about Configurator 360?** Performance can be improved a bit and also see some bugs here and there when using C360 through web interface which can be resolved with the next updates. **Recommendations to others considering Configurator 360:** I recommend it as the best cloud based tool for configuring Inventors models on the fly. **What problems is Configurator 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was one of the best tools we have customized to our customers. We used C360 to develop models based on rules/constraints. All these are handled through a back end program using intent programming language. And once the model is finished we host it website for our customers where they can view, configure and download part/assembly models as per their requirements.Its quite easy to program in intent as I am a VB developer and its enthralling to see our models getting rendered on a web browser in a Giffy. Our customers are very much impressed with its capabilities and we gained their confidence. ### 9.
