**What do you like best about EditMate?**

EditMate made it very easy to crowdsource and manage all the videos from my community all around the USA. 
Their editing service is quick and high quality. I always feel like the EditMate editors go the extra mile and are a truly part of our team. I highly recommend EditMate to any brand or business that wants to use user-generated content.

**What do you dislike about EditMate?**

The only downside is that it can be hard to get clients to submit their videos -- it's helpful to create a deadline but leave room for delay in your timeline.

**Recommendations to others considering EditMate:**

This is a great way to save money on flashy, fancy commercial-style videos. Customers want to see real footage from real people and EditMate makes that really easy.

**What problems is EditMate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EditMate makes content creation easy and takes the pressure off of constantly having fresh content to share. I love how easy they make to repurpose the same content in multiple ways, across multiple platforms.

**What do you like best about EditMate?**

We really appreciated how well the editor understood and interpreted the creative brief to create a high-qulaity video that the client was very happy with. The EditMate team was also very quick to make edits with feedback from our team.

**What do you dislike about EditMate?**

Sometimes it was challenging to explain what we needed over text instead of over the phone.

**What problems is EditMate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to crowdsource video and have each video's creator upload it to a centralized location which cut down on time and file storage.
